Man throttles wife over dowry demands

Lucknow, Apr 29 (UNI) Furious over the non payment of dowry amount, a man strangled his wife in Malihabad area of the state capital.

The incident occurred late last night, when Mithilesh Tiwari reached his in-laws house in Ramgada village and garrotted his wife Pushpa.

A case had been registered against Tiwari and his family members and hunt for him was on, police said.
