India condemns terror attack in Pak
New Delhi, Apr 29 (UNI) India today strongly condemned the terrorist attack in Pakistan in which at least 28 people were killed and about 50 wounded.
Home Minister Shivraj Patil has written to Pakistan's Interior Minister Aftab Ahmed Khan Sherpao, who himself survived the terrorist attack, strongly condemning the incident in Peshawar yesterday and extending condolences for the loss of life.
At least 28 people were killed and about 50 wounded in the suicide attack on Mr Sherpao's public rally in Charsadda district, 30 km from Peshawar, last evening.
The wounded included Mr Sherpao, his son Sikandar Sherpao and other party members.
The Minister's security guards were killed or wounded in the attack.
