Minister visits Kanakadurga temple

Vijayawada, Apr 28 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh Animal Husbandary and Fisheries Minister Mandali Buddha Prasad, on his maiden visit to his home in Krishna district after inducting into the Cabinet recently has offered worship to Goddess Kanakadurga, atop Indrakeeladri hill here today.

He was received by Kanakadurga Devasthanam Chairman P Narayana Reddy and other temple officials at the temple.

The priests performed poojas to the Goddess on his name and blessed him.

Mr Reddy handed over a potrait of Kanakadurga, pattu vasthram and prasadam to the Minister.
