Four die in fire

Pune, Apr 28 (UNI) Four persons, including two children of a family, have died in a fire at Vadgaon Rasai village in Shirur taluka here.

The fire, believed to have been caused by embers in the fire place, broke out late last night, police sources said today.

The deceased have been identified as Ravindra Vitthal Deshmukh (36), his two daughters - Chiu (11), Sakshi(9) and Bhaiya, his 5-year old son.

The homemaker, however, had a providential escape, sources added.
