CPI(ML) workers burn Mulayam in effigy

Robertsganj, Apr 28 (UNI) Alleging that naxalite Sanjay Kol was killed in a fake encounter, Communist Party of India (Marxist-Leninist) (CPI-ML) workers today took to the streets and burnt Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mulayam Singh Yadav in effigy here.

Shouting anti-CM slogans, the CPI (ML) workers burnt the effigy of Mr Yadav at over 12 places.

Talking to mediapersons, party state secretary Akhilendra Pratap Singh accused the UP police of murdering Kol on the directions of the CM and demanded a CBI probe.
