Amar Singh terms Mayawati 'rajniti ki pootna'

Ballia, Apr 28 (UNI) Countering BSP chief Mayawati's persistent use of 'Kans' metaphor for Uttar Pradesh chief minister and Samajwadi Party supremo Mulayam Singh Yadav while campaigning in the ongoing assembly poll, SP general seceretary Amar Singh today termed the former as 'Rajniti ki Pootna'.

Addressing an election meeting here, Mr Singh observed that the BSP chief was ''rajniti ki pootna,'' since she was repeatedly talking about sending Mr Yadav to jail.

''Same way as Lord Krishna, who was born in a jail, killed pootna, Mr Yadav also a 'Yaduvanshi', will execute this 'Rajniti ki Pootna','' he asserted.

However, Mr Singh underlined that SP government does not work with vendetta when in power, but with a public welfare motive.

Further lambasting Congress, he said the saffron flag was now fluttering in states, where the party was earlier ruling.
