Summer showers in Kerala

Thiruvananthapuram, Apr 27 (UNI) Rain and thundershowers occurred at many places in Kerala while it was light in Lakshadweep.

The chief amounts of rainfall recorded in cm were: Kozha, Konni and Kuppadi 4 each, Punalur and Vaikom 3 each, Vadakara 2, Karippur airport, Kozhikode, Ambalavayal, Mankompu, Munnar and Perumbavoor 1 each, according to the local Weather Office said here today.

Kannur recorded the highest maximum temperature of 36 deg C.

Rain or thundershowers will occur at many places in Kerala.

It will be isolated in Lakshadweep, the office added.
