Silver, Gold down on thin buying support

Mumbai, Apr 27: Spot Silver and Gold crashed today as the white metal came down by Rs 470 per kg and the yellow metal by Rs 90 per ten gm on thin buying support, traders at the Bombay Bullion Association said.

Following are the closing rates of Silver and Gold: Silver (per kg) 999 fineness grade : Rs 18,875 (19,345) Gold (per 10 gm): Gold 99.5 purity standard mint : Rs 9,005 (9,095), Gold 99.9 purity pure Gold : Rs 9,055 (9,145).
