SBBJ Health Insurance scheme gains popularity

Jaipur, Apr 27 (UNI) The State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur(SBBJ)'s health insurance product-SBBJ National Medikavach has been popular among customers, the bank's Managing Director S K Bhattacharya claimed.

Talking to reporters here today, Mr Bhattacharya said the product launched by the bank in collaboration with National Insurance Company had received resounding response from the customers.

He said the product was being marketed aggressively by SBBJ branches.

''In our bid to augument the bank's non interest income, the bank is focusing on cross selling of insurance products and mutual funds,'' he said.
