Prisoner found dead in cell

Gonda, Apr 27 (UNI) A prisoner lodged in the district jail was found dead in mysterious circumstances here.

The deceased Medilal, resident of Sohas village in Motiganj area, was found dead in his cell late last night, police today said.

A magisterial inquiry has been ordered in the case.

The body has been sent for postmortem.
