Non-cognizable offence against Nilesh Rane's bodyguards
Mumbai, Apr 27 (UNI) Khar police here today registered a non-cognizable offence against two bodyguards of Maharashtra Revenue Minister Narayan Rane's son Nilesh for using ''bad'' language against the comlainant Umesh Tambe.
According to the complaint, Tambe was proceeding on a motorcycle in Khar when, while trying to avoid a pedesterian, he caused some inconvenience to Nilesh Rane's car which was passing by. At this, the bodyguards allegedly abused Tambe.
''A non-cognizable offence has been registered against unnamed persons for using 'bad' language,'' a Khar Police Station official said.
Earlier too, Nilesh Rane was in the news when he was booked for negligent driving after his car hit and injured a policeman at Carter Road in suburban Khar last year.
