Nepal, Bihar borders to be sealed from May 6

Siddharthnagar, Apr 27 (UNI) The borders with Nepal and Bihar will be sealed from May 6 in three Uttar Pradesh districts, going to polls, in the final and seventh phase on May 8.

The border districts are Maharajganj, Kushinagar and Deoria.

Gorakhpur Zone IG K L Meena told UNI here today that the 84 km and 272 km long borders with Nepal and Bihar respectively will be sealed on May 6.

Meanwhile, security has been intensified on the international border with the Himalyan kingdom to check infliltration during the poll.
