CLB increases members to 9

New Delhi, Apr 27 (UNI) The Company Law Board (CLB) has sanctioned a strength of nine members, including the Chairman and the Vice-Chairman as against its present capacity of four.

The Government has already initiated the process of filling up two more posts in the CLB, Minister of Company Affairs Prem Chand Gupta told the Lok Sabha in a written reply today.
