BIG 92.7 FM launched in Jalandhar

Jalandhar, Apr 27 (UNI) BIG 92.7 FM, India's largest private FM station from Adlabs Films Ltd, was today launched in Jalandhar.

''Jalandhar is the first station in Punjab and 17th in the country, the next stations soon to be launched in the state are at Amritsar and Patiala,'' said Praveen Malhotra, Head of North Operations, at the launch.

After covering metros and mini-metros in the first phase, the BIG FM moved to smaller cities including Jammu, Chandigarh, Bhubaneswar, Guwahati, Bikaner and others. The completion of second phase would take total count of 45 stations all over the country, she informed.

''The BIG 92.7 FM promised not only to entertain but to inform and empower the listeners with utilities that one may take for granted.

Another important programme offering of the station is the programme highlighting local heroes in society,'' Mrs Malhotra said.
