Bhojpuri singer Manoj Tiwari summoned

Patna, Apr 27 (UNI) Bihar Women's Commission today summoned noted Bhojpuri singers Manoj Tiwari and Pawan Singh for allegedly singing a song in bad taste.

Chairperson of the Women's Commission Manju Prakash here said that both the singers had been directed to appear before it on May 21, 2007 to explain their position in the wake of charges levelled against them.

She said action was taken following a complaint lodged by Piro Panchayat chief Chandrawati Devi at the commission against the duo.
