AIOBA meet to discuss issues
Kozhikode, Apr 27 (UNI) Problems plauging the banking industry and the outstanding demands of the workmen and officers would be deleberated threadbare at the VIII Kerala State Conference of the All India Bank Officers Association (AIBOA) beginning here tomorrow.
Kerala Revenue Minister K P Rajendran would inaugurate the two-day meet, AIBOA General Secretary R J Sridharann told reporters here today.
The main demands included pension as second option, revival of compassionate appointments, adequate recruitment in the industry, ban on outsourcing of banking services, stipulation of working hours to 7.30 hours a day, he said.
