Synaptris ties with Firstware

Chennai, Apr 26 (UNI) Synaptris, a software products company announced its entry into a partnership with the city-based Firstware Software Solutions, a division of Brilliant Tutorials, whereby Firstware will distribute and implement Synaptris'Advanced Reporting and Analysis products in India.

Synaptris, in partnership with Firstware, will target Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) running critical business applications for Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and CRM functions, a company release said here today.

As part of the partnership, Firstware will dedicate an exclusive team to provide complete sales, product evaluation and post-sales support to its customers for Synaptris' products.

Synaptris's product portfolio includes 'IntelliVIEW' - an advanced reporting and analysis solution for generic data sources, including most relational databases and 'IntelliPRINT'- an advanced reporting and analysis solution designed specifically for IBM Lotus Notes and Domino applications.

Synaptris has over 2,100 customers and 200,000 licensed users across 40 countries, the release added.
