Summer rains prevail in parts of AP
Hyderabad, Apr 26 (UNI) Isolated rain occurred over Coastal Andhra Pradesh in the last 24 hours, while dry weather prevailed over Telangana and Rayalaseema.
Bobbili recorded rainfall of 2 cm, the Weather Office said here today.
The highest maximum temperature of 43 deg C was recorded at Kadapa, Nandhyal and Rentachintala.
The maximum temperatures fell at a few places over Coastal Andhra Pradesh and changed little over Telangana and Rayalaseema. They were above normal over Rayalaseema and at a few places over Coastal Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
Isolated rain or thundershowers are likely to occur over Telangana and Rayalaseema. Mainly dry weather will continue over Coastal division.
State capital will have partly cloudy. Maximum temperature is likely to be around 39 deg C, the office added.
