SP lambasts UPA govt
Lucknow, Apr 26 (UNI) Lacerating the Congress-led UPA regime at the Centre for ''misusing power,'' the ruling Samajwadi Party (SP) in Uttar Pradesh today accused the former of perpetuating inflation, hoarding and futures trading.
''Due to the Centre's anti-people policy, the threat of MNCs is haunting the Indian market. Something needs to be done before the situation gets worse,'' SP state unit spokesperson Rajendra Chaudhary said here.
''Congress is money-oriented. It is a political imposter. It permitted futures trading, that has given rise to betting and hoarding, which has created an artificial foodgrain shortage. This has also resulted in unemployment,'' Mr Chaudhary claimed.
