Shaadi.com ties up with UTV's 'Metro'

Mumbai, Apr 26 (UNI) Leading matrimonial portal 'Shaadi.com', playing an important role in the forthcoming hindi movie 'Metro', has announced an innovative promotion with the launch of 'Shaadi.com-Metro Contest'.

As a part of the contest, Shaadi.com has uploaded live profile pages on the website of the film's characters Shruti (Konkona Sen Sharma) and Monty (Irrfan Khan). Members of Shaadi.com will get an opportunity to woo Shruti and Monty.

The members need to express interest in their profiles and answer a few simple questions to be eligible for winning the contest. The Grand Prize comprises the chance to walk the red carpet and see the flick at the premiere with the stars themselves, Vibhas Mehta, Business Head, Shaadi.com said here yesterday.

The contest which began yesterday will close on May 6. Other lucky winners can also get tickets for the movie and other goodies such as music CDs and audio cassettes.

The film directed by Anurag Basu stars Shilpa Shetty, Shiney Ahuja, Irrfan Khan, Konkana Sen Sharma, Sharman Joshi, Kay Kay Menon, Kangana Ranaut among others. Metro releases on May 11.
