IIT-K student commits suicide

Kanpur, Apr 26 (UNI) An Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur student committed suicide by laying before a running train here last night.

The incident took place near Kalyanpur station under Anwarganj Chowki area, when J Bharadwaj laid on a railway track, police said.

Police today recovered the body and sent it for a post-mortem.

The deceased was a third year student of civil engineering and belonged to Hyderabad.
