Gulbarga records highest maximum temperature of 41.4 deg. celsius
Bangalore, Apr 26 (UNI) Following is a summary of observations recorded by the weather office at 0830 hours today.
Rainfall occurred at isolated places over South Interior Karnataka and mainly dry weather prevailed over North Interior Karnataka. Dry weather prevailed over Coastal Karnataka.
Chamarajnagara recorded 1 cm rain.
Maximum temperatures changed little over the State. They were above normal at many places being appreciably so at a few places over Coastal Karnataka and South Interior Karnataka and above normal at a few places over North Interior Karnataka.
Gulbarga recorded highest maximum temperature of 41.4 degree celsius over the State.
Forecast valid until Saturday morning: Rain/ thundershowers likely to occur at isolated places over Interior Karnataka and mainly dry weather may prevail over Coastal Karnataka.
Farmers Weather Bulletin: Light to moderate rain likely to occur at isolated places over Gulbarga, Bijapur and Raichur districts of North Interior Karnataka and all districts of South Interior Karnataka. Mainly dry weather may prevail over all the districts of Coastal Karnataka and remaining districts of North Interior Karnataka.
Local forecast: Partly cloudy. Light rain possible in some areas.
