Drug peddler nabbed

Imphal, April 26 (UNI) The troops of 32 Asom Rifles (AR) have arrested a drug peddler here yesterday, official sources said.

The drug peddler, who hailed from Lilong in Thoubal district, had 21 bits of Recodex cough syrup, 468 strips of banned drugs and Rs 35,500 in cash, the AR sources added.

The man was handed over to the police by the AR today.
