Construction worker electrocuted

Chennai, Apr 26 (UNI) A 20-year-old building worker was electrocuted at suburban Sholinganallur yesterday.

According to police, the deceased Adhinarayanan, hailing from Onnampettai in Andhra Pradesh, was working for a construction company, which had taken up an IT park project at Sholinganallur.

The mishap occurred when the worker attempted to switch on a motor.

He was rushed to the Royapettah Government hospital where he died..
