Agribusiness Meet in MP

Bhopal, Apr 26 (UNI) With the objective of attracting large-scale investment in agriculture and allied sectors, a two-day Agribusiness Meet would get underway here on May 25.

The event, to be organised by the Madhya Pradesh Agriculture and Farmers' Welfare Department, would be attended by over 200 entrepreneurs and business houses. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan and his cabinet colleagues would directly interact with business houses' representatives, an official release said.

The meet would provide details about initiatives in the agri sector to corporate houses, entrepreneurs and businessmen. ITC, Reliance, Birla Group and Pantaloon will be among key participants.

An exhibition and buyer-seller meet will also be organised, the release added.
