Three killed in separate incidents

Hazaribagh, Apr 25 (UNI) Three people, including a woman, died in separate incidents in this district of Jharkhand today.

Police said a youth was killed on the spot after being hit by a car at Vishnugarh police station.

Agitated over the accident locals blocked the Hazaribagh-Bagodar road which was cleared after the district administration assured to provide monetary benefit under social security scheme.

In another incident, two persons, including an elderly woman, were killed and another one was injured by unidentified miscreants at Panch Madho locality under Barhi Police Station.

Phaguni Devi, who was critically injured, was rushed to Rajendra Institute of Medical Science in Ranchi.

Enraged at the incident, an irate mob blocked the busy GT road which left more than thousand vehicles stranded. However, the authoriries later cleared the road.
