SIO protests against move to include sex education in schools

Chennai, Apr 25 (UNI) Members of the Tamil Nadu Unit of the Students Islamic Organisation (SIO) led by its Zonal President Foiz Ahmed protested against the reported move to include sex education in the school curriculam.

In a statement here today, SIO's State Public Relations Secretary I Jalaludeen said the demonstrators wanted the Central Government to withdraw such a move immediately.

Mr Jalaludeen said the state Chief Minister M Karunanidhi should make use of his good offices with the Central Government to see that this move was dropped once and for all.
