Night-landing facilities at MP airport

Jabalpur, Apr 25 (UNI) Local MP Rakesh Singh has indicated the likelihood of night-landing facilities soon being in place at Dumna Airport here.

''A Civil Aviation Ministry inspection team is on the verge of a visit here and will submit a report,'' he said in a release issued here.

As Jabalpur is a cantonment town, ''strategic reasons'' stood in the way of such a facility but the Defence Ministry has deliberated on the issue.
