Miscreants kill father and son

Hajipur, Apr 25 (UNI) Police today said two persons were killed by some unidentified miscreants at Mathura under Vidupur police station in Vaishali district yesterday.

Police here said Upendra Singh and his son Chandan Kumar were asleep when the criminals attacked and killed them with a sharp weapon.

Though investigation was on, police suspected land dispute to be the main reason behind the killings.

Meanwhile the villagers had blocked Hajipur-Mahnar route.
