New Delhi, Apr 25 (UNI) Construction major Larsen&Toubro (L&T) today said it has secured an order worth Rs 200 crore from Nakheel, UAE, to build a residential project in Dubai.

The project involves construction of 31 luxury villas and associated infrastructure facilities comprising 1,000 metre roads and services, a pedestrian overpass, club house with recreational facilities and a children's play area at the upmarket Jumeirah Islands.

The project, executed by the company's construction division, ECC, is to be completed within 548 days from the date of commencement, a statement said.

Nakheel, a leading project developer in UAE, is involved in several major property development projects with investments worth 12 billion dollars in Dubai.

This is the third project from Nakheel being awarded to the company.
