LS bypoll on May 3

Mirzapur, Apr 25 (UNI) The by-election to Mirzapur and Robertsganj parliamentary constituencies will be held in the sixth phase on May 3 along with the ongoing Uttar Pradesh assembly election.

The bypolls were necessitated after BSP MPs from Mirzapur and Robertsganj Narendra Singh Kushwaha and Lal Chandra Kol respectively were caught on camera taking bribes for raising questions in Parliament.

They were later disqualified from the Lok Sabha.
