HOV Service shifts headquarters after acquiring Lason

Chennai, Apr 25 (UNI) The Pune-based HOV Service Limited, a listed company has moved its headquarters here after aquiring Lason, a global BPO service provider.

Talking to newspersons here today, HOV Services President Suresh Yannamani said "as a part of its growth strategy, HOV services has acquired Lason, which gives it many advantages".

"The deal was stuck at the end of February 2007 and all the formalities have been completed", he said and claimed that this acquisition has made them amongst the top three listed BPO service providers in the country.

Mr Suresh also said Lanson's reputation for reliable, high quality and secure services was a key factor in assessing its credentials before deciding to take over the company.

"Another strong point of Lason was that most of the top 30 customers have been with the company for more than five years, which is an enviable track record", he claimed.

"The company has a very experienced management team with a proven track record and this will ensure that HOV gets a good share of the growing BPO market", he said.

HOV Services Executive Director Sunil Rajadhyasha said the company's strength lies in the quality of service, as more than 50 per cent of the 'Fortune 100' companies trust their services.

"The company has posted a strong financial performance with the PAT at a CAGR of 87 per cent between 2004 to 2007", he added.
