Ford India to launch quality care service centre
Mumbai, Apr 25 (UNI) Auto major Ford India today announced the launch of its quality care service centre 'Ford's Brand@retail' across the country.
Ford's 'Brand@retail' programme is a transformational and innovative corporate identity programme. It was designed to increase customer satisfaction to ensure a superior brand and purchase experience.
In order to extend its customer reach, the company will open 20 new dealership outlets across India. In the next few weeks, the company has plans to inaugurate new dealership outlets in Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Baroda, Kota, Bangalore and New Mumbai ''The quality care programme combines world class quality standards of service systems to provide convenient and comfortable automobile servicing experience,'' Ford vice president (Marketing, Sales and Service) Scott McCormack said while addressing a news conference here.
Established in 1996, Ford India presently has 135 dealer outlets in the country.
