International food exposition in Kochi from Apr 27

Kochi, Apr 24: A three-day international exposition on food and hotel industry titled 'FoodTech 2007' will be held here from April 27.

Speaking to reporters here yesterday, 'FoodTech 2007' Project Manager Joseph Kuriakose said the exposition would showcase the best in food and beverages, additives, spices, processing and packaging equipment and technology for food industry.

Around 100 product manufacturers from the UAE, Sri Lanka, the Maldives and Kuwait are expected to participate in the event.

The event is organised by the South Asia Exhibition Services in association with the Kerala Hotels and Restaurant Association, Bakers Association of Kerala and the Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
