UP: Fake currency racket busted, 2 arrested
Lucknow, Apr 24: Police busted a fake currency racket in Aligarh district of Uttar Pradesh and arrested two persons possessing four lakh rupees in illegal tender.
The accused were identified as Sunil Valmiki and Amit Valmiki.
According to police, the duo were nabbed in Delhi Gate area, when they were going to hand over the consignment to another person yesterday.
All the fake Indian currency is in the denomination of 100.
