Russia's former president Yeltsin dies: Kremlin

Moscow, Apr 23: Former Russian President Boris Yeltsin has died, a spokeswoman for the Kremlin said today.

Yeltsin, who won two elections as President, had heart problems. Asked about Russian media reports about his death, the spokeswoman said, ''Yes, I confirm that.'' He was 76 years old.
