Maoists gun down one

Gaya, Apr 22 (UNI) Proscribed CPI(Maoists) activists today shot dead a resident of Matachowk village under Imamganj police station area here.

Police sources said about 50 Maoists attacked Matachowk village under Imamganj police station area and kidnapped one Naresh Singh from his residence.

He was later shot dead at Rohwe village.

The body has been sent to Sadar Hospital for post-mortem, while the matter is being investigated by the police, source added.
