Man stoned to death

Lucknow, Apr 22 (UNI) A man was stoned to death after a heated exchange of words in Gomti Nagar area of the state capital.

The incident occurred late last night, when accused Raj Kumar, an ice-cream vendor, brutally murdered Dinesh Paswan after the heated exchange of words, police said.

Raj had borrowed Rs 2,000 from Dinesh, which is said to be the reason behind the crime.

The body was recovered near the Reserve Bank of India today.

The accused has been arrested, police added.
