Man falls to death

New Delhi, Apr 22 (UNI) A 20-year-old man died today after falling into a drain, according to fire department officials.

They said the man had been identified as Chandrashekhar, a resident of Dasa village near Najafgarh.

Although he was taken out of the drain and rushed to the Raotula Ram hospital near Najahgarh, the doctors declared him brought dead.

The incident comes close on the heels of 12-year-old Aas Mohammad falling dead into a 12 feet deep manhole in Ghaziabad.

The army and the municipal authorities had taken several days to recover his body from a water treatment plant.
