Hardcore ULFA caught in police net

Guwahati, Apr 22 (UNI) A hardcore ULFA militant was arrested in Jengraimukh in Majuli of Jorhat district last night.

The rebel, identified as Digpal Deori alias Alokesh Deori, was arrested by a joint team of local police and Central Reserve Police Force personnel during a raid in the area, police sources said here today.

A .22 pistol and incriminating documents were seized from his possession, police sources added.
