Action against MP only after credifle evidence BJP

Jaipur, Apr 22 (UNI) BJP today said it will take any action against its sitting MP from Bayana (SC) Ramswaroop Koli, allegedly involved in human trafficking, only after credifle evedence against him.

The party's Rajasthan unit Spokesman KN Bhatt told UNI that'' mere statement of a witness could not be a reasonable basis to treat one guilty.'' "If a prima facie case of human trafficking is established against Mr Koli, the party shall take same action against him as taken against the accused party MP Babu Bhai Katara," he said.

A travel agent during his statement before a Delhi court had named Mr Koli and two other sitting MPs as baing allegedly involved in human trafficking.

Meanwhile, the opposition Congress has demanded a CBI inquiry into the all previous foreign trips undertaken by Mr Koli, Mr Katara and all other accused in the trafficking case.
