2 held for assault on temple priest

Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu, Apr 22 (UNI) Two persons were arrested for assaulting a temple priest.

Police sources said Prabhakaran (27) and Dravida Mani (20) reportedly assaulted Vembu Iyer, a priest with the Big Temple here, yesterday.

Mr Iyer informed the duty constables about the incident and the duo were caught and taken to the police station for inquiry.
