Tamil Nadu: Three killed in car-bus accident

Kancheepuram, Apr 21: Three people, including a woman, travelling in a car were killed, and the driver seriously injured when a government-owned bus hit the vehicle at Periyanemmeli on the East Coast Road near Mammallapuram today.

Police said the victims from Puducherry, were on their way to Chennai, while the bus was proceeding to Cuddalore from Chennai, when the mishap occurred.

The injured car driver was admitted to a hospital.
