No discussion yet to review support to UPA govt: Karat

Kochi, Apr 21 (UNI) Communist Party of India (Marxist) General Secretary Prakash Karat today said his party had not discussed whether to review the Left support to the Congress-led United Progressive Alliance (UPA) government at the Centre.

Reacting to a question on CPI General Secretary A B Bardhan's statement at a press conference in Thiruvananthapuram earlier today that the Left parties should review the support extended to the UPA government, Mr Karat said ''if CPI wants to discuss the matter we will do that.'' He said he came to know about Mr Bardhan's statement from the media.
