Media photographers assaulted during Ash-Abhi marriage bash

Mumbai, Apr 21 (UNI) Three media lensmen were injured when black cat commandos, along with security guards posted at ''Prateeksha'' residence of Amitabh Bachchan, assualted them while they were covering the marriage of Abhishek and Aishwarya.

D L Soni of DNA, Satish Bhatey of Hindustan Times and Virender Chawla, a freelance photographer, were assulated by the black cat commandos and the security guards this evening, when they were shooting the arrival of Aishwarya Rai at Bachchan's Juhu residence.

Soni has been admitted to the Arogya Nidhi Hospital in the vicinity. Meanwhile, officials at the Juhu Police Station are said to have been quozzing the commandos and the security guards over the incident.

This is not the first time that Big B's security apparatus has manhandled the media as earlier also they had heckled the journalists covering the mega bash at his residence.
