New Delhi, Apr 21 (UNI) The Bahujan Samaj Party is emerging as the single largest party in Uttar Pradesh after the completion of three phases of the Assembly election, says a CNN-IBN-India Express-CDS post-poll survey.

However, the survey still predicts a hung Assembly.

The BSP may get 60 to 70 seats out of the total 177 that have gone to polls so far.

The BSP's main rival Samajwadi Party was turning out to be the greatest loser, while the BJP seems to have improved its performance and the Congress no better than what it was in 2002.

The findings of the survey suggest that the ruling SP might be losing heavily in terms of seats. It is expected to get about 40 to 44 seats out of the 177 and may finally end up with 98 to 95 seats after the elections.

The BJP seems to have improved its performance with every phase and expects to get between 40 to 44 seats out of the three phases.

The party may get a total of 95 to 105 seats.
