Congress to convene executive committee meeting on Apr 28
Ranchi, Apr 21 (UNI) Jharkhand State Congress executive committee would meet on April 28 in Deoghar to discuss organisational starategies in the state, party's state secretary Madan Mohan Sharma said today.
Mr Sharma said All India Congress Committee member Noor Banu and all state leaders, district presidents and members of the committee would participate in the meeting.
Discussions would also be held on organising confederations of block presidents and training programme for party workers, he said.
Significantly, a major ally of the UPA-backed Madhu Koda government, Jharkhand Mukti Morcha(JMM) also announced to convene a meeting of its central committee beginning May 12 to discuss the functioning of state government.
