2 killed in truck-dumper collision

Jamnagar, Apr 21 (UNI) Two persons were killed in a collision between a truck and a dumper, on the Patia-Harshad highway in Kalyanpur taluka, near village Lamba, about 125 km from here.

The accident occurred yesterday, when the truck collided with a dumper, police sources said here today.

The driver of the dumper Bhikau Vasta was killed on the spot while an unidentified person travelling in the truck died enroute to Chambalia hospital. The truck driver was reportedly injured and is recuperating in a nearby hospital, sources added.
