UNLF appeals to PREPAK to stop factional fights

Imphal, Apr 20 (UNI) The United National Liberation Front (UNLF) has asked another proscribed outfit the People's Revolutionary Party of Kangleipak (PREPAK) to stop all internal clashes.

The Central Committee of the UNLF in a statement said all differences should be ironed out. The UNLF said there were lots of clashes and such trend should be discontinued.

The UNLF and the Kanglei Yawol Kanna Lup (KYKL) which were involved in a bloody battle had also stopped killing each other, the statement said. The internal contradictions within the PREPAK will send a wrong message to the people it further said.
