Profiles International enters India

Bangalore, Apr 20 (UNI) Profiles International, a world leader and innovator in psychometric solutions and talent assessment and management, today announced its entry into India.

A global leader in human capital formation and performance DNA, the company provided assessment solutions in over 100 countries for 45,000 customers. It trained 2,70,000 people annually and assessed around one million people worldwide, Mr Oussama Mansour, CEO of the company's Middle East and Asia operations, told newspersons here.

He said his office would look for expansion in the South Asian region.

The booming industry in human resources and all the HR strategic initiatives that had taken place in India offered exciting opportunities, Mr Mansour said, adding that Profiles International's unique system which specialised in talent identification and talent management would provide a competitive edge in the field of human resource to the Indian market.

The company would organise seminars in Bangalore, Mumbai and Delhi, he said.
